*NEW* Buy the Block - Greenlining for a better Rochester
Some neighborhoods in the City of Rochester have experienced a long history of disinvestment, resulting in deep and ongoing challenges. Today, focused programs like Buy The Block are working to strengthen these neighborhoods by generating investment and creating excitement.
Buy The Block supports current and new homeowners by investing in high-quality, affordable, owner-occupied houses, in which homeowners spend no more than 30 percent of their income on housing. More specific details are available on the city of Rochester website by clicking here or clicking the Buy the Block logo.

Property Management
IADC does property management services for the commercial and residential property that it owns as well as properties owned by the Ibero-American Action League, Inc. and its subsidiary housing corporations . IADC manages over 150,000 square feet of commercial and residential space. The property management division also provides services for properties under development by IADC prior to, during, and after the construction stage. These services include inspections, grounds maintenance and minor repairs.
Community Development
IADC works with residents to create healthy opportunities in the community. Much of our work is currently focused in the El Camino neighborhood, with a vision plan completed in August 2016. We are committed to improving quality of life by organizing the residents, addressing safety challenges, improving park spaces, and connecting existing assets.
